Objective: Develop a comprehensive public awareness campaign for KSA's Ministry of Interior (MOI) to educate the public on the appropriate use of emergency services, specifically the 911 emergency number.

Challenge: Address the public's misunderstanding of the 911 service, ensuring clear and effective communication on proper usage to prevent misuse and improve emergency response efficiency.

Solution: Design a virtual reality (VR) simulation of a 911 operation room and traffic accident reporting process, allowing users to learn how to follow up and coordinate with relevant centers. This simulation will be complemented by an educational campaign featuring interactive workshops, informative videos, and multi-language support. Gamified elements in the simulation will engage participants, reward correct decision-making, and reinforce the correct use of emergency services.
