Scope of Work

1. Event Planning & Management:
   • Comprehensive event planning, including timelines, budget management, and logistics coordination.
   • On-site management to ensure smooth execution and address any issues promptly.
2. Event Production:
   • Coordinated all production aspects, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
   • Managed the setup and teardown efficiently, adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.
3. Booth Design & Production:
   • Designed a futuristic booth featuring a dynamic spiral structure with integrated LED lighting.
   • Utilized colors like white and blue to align with NTDP's branding, creating a clean and modern look.
   • Floating orbs and engaging design elements to attract and captivate attendees.
4. Sound & Light Rental:
   • Installed advanced lighting systems, including LED strips and spotlights to enhance the visual appeal.
   • Provided a high-quality sound system for clear and engaging audio during presentations and interactions.
